We have 80 people worldwide, including staff at sales offices, our world-class production plant in Derry, New Hampshire (just north of Boston), 2 full-scale R&D facilities, and an extensive testing center.

What would you like to know?

  • TRI-K offers Medical, Dental, and Vision with additional programs available through LifeMart. Our Medical, Dental, and Vision carriers offer built in support programs depending on needs ranging from Mental Health Support to Healthcare Advocates to Lifestyle Support and beyond. These benefits start on the first day of the month after your hire date.

    We also offer a 401(k) Savings Plan with Employer Match-eligibility with no vesting period.

    Employees are eligible for Holiday benefit time upon hire. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Personal Use Time (PUT) are earned on an accrual basis. A portion of your PTO and PUT time can be rolled over for use in the following year. Our People Energy team will review the specifics with you.

    In addition to the benefits above, we offer Life insurance STD/LTD. Coverage begins on your first day. Our Life Insurance carrier also provides options for additional Life Insurance programs for purchase. Our People Energy department will be happy to provide details.

    TRI-K is pleased to offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program to employees that have been with company for at least 12 months! Our Tuition Reimbursement Program covers continuing education certifications, advanced degrees, and professional development courses that align with your role at TRI-K. Please discuss with People Energy for more details!

  • TRI-K does offer hybrid work schedules based on role and business needs. Not all roles are able to participate in this schedule. People Energy will be happy to discuss the details with you!

  • Yes! Employees can receive our Employer match as soon as they sign up for our 401K program. We offer both traditional and Roth savings features.
