TRI-K Industries Inc. Names Rusmir Niksic as President and CEO
Denville, New Jersey, September 28, 2023 – TRI-K Industries today announced the appointment of Rusmir Niksic as President and CEO of the company, effective October 2, 2023. Rusmir will also join the Board of TRI-K.
The appointment follows a thorough CEO search process conducted by the Board over the past few months. The objective was to appoint a growth-minded leader with extensive experience in the consumer care industry, capable of strengthening the culture of growth and innovation to propel TRI-K into a leading, global ingredients supplier to the personal care industry in the years ahead.
Rusmir brings over 25 years of experience in the industry, where he has successfully managed large teams and spearheaded strategic initiatives focused on transformational change, growth, and sustainability. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of North America at Croda, where he was responsible for the consumer care and life sciences businesses. His role encompassed managing sales, marketing, manufacturing, and all business partner functions in North America. Prior to that, he held multiple general management and strategy roles in Clariant.
