Introducing the "Center of Excellence for Preservatives" (CoEP): A Collaborative Innovation Hub by Galaxy Surfactants and TRI-K Industries

We are pleased to announce the joint initiative of Galaxy Surfactants (GSL) and TRI-K Industries (TRI-K), as they proudly introduce the "Center of Excellence for Preservatives" (CoEP). This collaborative venture, led by Dr. Sabrina Behnke and Arpit Wankhade, aims to revolutionize the cosmetics and personal care industry through innovative approaches in the production and launch of new preservatives.

Purpose of CoEP: The primary objective of CoEP is to establish a centralized approach, fostering synergy between GSL and TRI-K sites, thus enhancing strategy and execution. By streamlining the innovation pipelines and adopting a uniform global approach, CoEP will significantly accelerate the innovation and launch process, eliminating duplication of efforts and lost opportunities. This dedicated focus on excellence will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Mission of CoEP: Under the expert guidance of Dr. Sabrina Behnke as Business Manager for Modern Preservatives at TRI-K, and with the valuable contributions of Arpit Wankhade as Product Manager for GSL, the CoEP will centralize the Innovation Funnel at TRI-K Denville, collaborating closely with TRI-K Derry and GSL India. By optimizing global production sites, refining R+D processes, and harmonizing regulatory and branding activities, CoEP will present GSL and TRI-K as a unified force in the market, reinforcing visibility and clarity for our esteemed customers.

An essential aspect of CoEP's mission involves establishing a state-of-the-art Microbiology lab in Derry, New Hampshire during 2023/24. This facility will not only support our quality assurance endeavors but also provide unparalleled customer support services across the USA, LATAM, Russia, and Europe. For the rest of the world, GSL India's Microbiology lab will continue to serve with equal dedication.

CoEP will lead in customer service, providing a reliable supply through multiple production sites and our in-house laboratories that encompass Microbiology, R+D, Application, and Innovation.
