TRI-K Announces the Appointment of Non-Executive Directors to the Board
TRI-K Embraces External Perspectives to Drive Breakthrough Developments in Skin and Hair Care Ingredients.
DENVILLE, NEW JERSEY, USA – DECEMBER 18, 2024 – TRI-K Industries, Inc., a global leader in cosmetic actives and sustainable ingredients for the beauty and personal care industry, is announcing further steps in its strategic repositioning, started in 2023. TRI-K’s new strategic roadmap will be further strengthened with the appointment of two non-executive directors to its Board: Fred Khoury, founder and President of Above Rinaldi Labs, California-based formulation house and contract manufacturer serving beauty brands around the globe; and Kevin Gallagher, a tenured beauty industry leader who led Croda Consumer Care and contributed to the success of other ingredient suppliers over the years.
